Terms and Conditions for Tawymarket.com

1. General Overview Tawymarket.com is a B2B multi-vendor platform managed by professional engineers. By using this website and our “Request a Quote” system, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Pricing and Quotations

  • All prices provided through the Request a Quote (RFQ) system are calculated based on current market rates and currency fluctuations (USD/EGP).
  • Quotations are valid for 7 business days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • The final price is only confirmed after a formal Purchase Order (PO) is accepted by the platform.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Each product has a specific Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Orders below this limit will not be processed as wholesale transactions.

4. Technical Specifications and Sizing

  • Apparel (Rafah Store): Buyers must refer to the official size chart provided (covering weights from 55kg to 115kg). Tawymarket is not responsible for incorrect size selections made by the buyer.
  • Engineering Services (3D Printing & Robotics): All technical prototypes must be approved in writing before mass production begins. We guarantee that the final products will match the agreed-upon technical blueprints.

5. Payment Terms

  • For international orders, payments must be settled in US Dollars (USD) via authorized bank transfers.
  • For local orders, payments are accepted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

6. Shipping and Export

  • Shipping terms (Incoterms) such as FOB, CIF, or EXW will be specified in the final quotation.
  • Tawymarket is responsible for preparing goods for export and providing necessary documentation. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the designated carrier.

7. Returns and Quality Claims

  • Claims regarding manufacturing defects must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Given the nature of wholesale and custom-manufactured goods, returns are only accepted in cases of proven technical non-compliance with the original specifications.

8. Vendor Participation (Grow With Us)

  • Factories joining via the “Join as a Factory” link must provide valid commercial registrations.
  • Vendors are responsible for the quality of products listed under their shop on the Dokan marketplace system.
